Caldwell’s National Treasure

(Walk-A-Way Catch The Wind x SMHC’s Freedom’s Candy)
2010 Black Pinto Stallion
AMHA/AMHR/ASPC
Homozygous for Black and Pinto

When you find a treasure hidden from the world and are able to acquire it, you want everyone to know. We would like to introduce our National Treasure. Co Owned with Lucky Four Farms, we think this stallion has the qualities that will produce that outstanding Shetland/miniature cross. Besides his beautiful head and neck, his pedigree is a who’s who of the current Shetland world. Sired by Walk-A-Way Catch The Wind, who is now in Australia, Nate’s siblings are winning all over the world. His dam is sired by the equally proven sire, SMHC’s Painted Freedom. With this kind of pedigree, we feel Nate will give the miniature industry the type of horses that will win in the ring and produce winners later on. And while Nate was never shown, we think his foals will be at the top of their class. Look for Nate’s first foals in 2016 at Ravenwood Miniatures and Lucky Four Farms. We think you will be impressed.

Oak Bay Salsa Cardinal Rule

(Oak Bay Salsamio X The Eyes Have It Of HHP)
2014 Chestnut Stallion
AMHA/AMHR
National Grand Champion Under Stallion

World Grand Champion Futurity

As a son of one of the industry’s leading sires, expectations were set high for this young stallion. He already had a full brother, Oak Bay Salsa Donatello, become a World Grand Champion, and the cross of Salsa with the elegant McCarthy’s Jesse James of Rivenburgh daughter was proving to be nothing short of spectacular. As a yearling, Ruler accepted the challenge garnering numerous supremes and finishing the year with a Reserve World Champion title in both open and futurity. However the true test of quality lies not in what a stallion can achieve once, but rather his ability to duplicate success. As a two year old, he set the ring on fire with back to back Grand Champion wins at both the AMHR National show and AMHA World show. Ruler’s impressive show record is a reflection of his unparalleled style and bold commanding presence. He has captured not only the attention of those who crowned him a champion, but the hearts of all who have witnessed this exciting champion in action. Ruler has earned his rightful place as the king at Ravenwood and we are eagerly anticipating the next chapter in his career and the legacy that awaits! Watch for his first babies arriving in 2018!
